What is Arizona Gives Day?

Arizona Gives Day is a powerful 24 hour online giving movement that unites Arizonans around causes they believe in. Hosted by the Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits and the Arizona Grantmakers Forum, Arizona Gives Day is a great way for nonprofits, large and small, new and established, to generate excitement and resources for their mission, learn how to use new digital tools and fundraising strategies, and connect to the community and donors.

This single statewide day of online giving has raised $13.4 million for Arizona nonprofits since 2013. Participating nonprofits also receive training, marketing support and a chance to win bonus prize money.

The Arizona Gives website is a secure and trusted place to make donations throughout the year as all nonprofits have been vetted to ensure they are a valid 501c3 organization. Donations received are distributed to nonprofits on a monthly basis.

Need Help Getting Started?

The Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits will offer a series of FREE webinars available to assist participating nonprofits with running successful Arizona Gives Day campaigns.

Webinar 6:

Cultivating Donor Relationships After Arizona Gives Day

Friday, February 22 – 10:00am-11:00am

In order to grow your donors and motivate them to give more, you have to actually keep them as donors first. And the key to keeping them as donors is to understand them. In this webinar, Jarrett Ransom (Rayvan Group) will share some actionable insight on understanding your donors and offer key strategies for cultivating your relationship with them, along with some specific time-tested tactics for what to do and how to do it. She'll also offer advice on how to make the most of your online donors with an emphasis on keeping that momentum going all year long. Stop working to replace lost donors and start focusing on keeping, growing, and adding donors instead.

Cost: Free to Attend

Presenter: Jarrett Ransom, President & CEO, The Rayvan Group.

Jarrett is a self-professed “Nonprofit Nerd.” She and her company, The Rayvan Group, have been working exclusively with nonprofit organizations since 2009. Jarrett is committed to helping nonprofits build sustainable business models. You can often find her with her training and coaching hat on as she teaches and empowers nonprofit leaders to see and exceed their full potential. Jarrett holds an MBA in business from the University of Phoenix and a Certificate of Grant Writing from The Grantsmanship Center Institute. She is also the recipient of numerous awards.
