Pre-Conference: Arizona Nonprofit Board Governance Symposium

Join us for the inaugural Arizona Nonprofit Board Governance Symposium which will explore the importance of effectively managing the governance responsibilities of an organization’s board, and how mismanagement can severely damage an organization's reputation.

The symposium will educate new and experienced board Chairs, Chairs-Elect and Executive Directors on best practices for discharging their legal and ethical obligations, tools for developing a diverse and accomplished board, board and management interactions, and management the myriad of complex issues facing today's nonprofit directors.

The half-day session will cover the following topics, as well as feature two panels where attendees can learn from the experience and knowledge of their peers.  All attendees will also receive an invaluable resource packet (via thumb drive) with board templates and other important governance information.
